- 4 cups of chicken stock
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of sliced almonds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Now, let's start cooking! Follow these steps:
- Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and cook until they become soft and golden brown.
- Add the chicken and cook until it turns brown on all sides.
- Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, and coriander. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Remove the cinnamon stick and bay leaves before serving.

Ingredients:
For the rice:
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 1 piece of ginger
- Salt to taste
For the sambal:
- 10 dried chili peppers
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Belacan (shrimp paste)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Other ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 can of sardines
- 1 handful of peanuts, fried
- 1 handful of anchovies, fried
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice and place it in a rice cooker with the coconut milk, pandan leaves, ginger, and salt. Cook until it's ready.
2. To make the sambal, soak the dried chili peppers in hot water for around 30 minutes. Then drain and blend the peppers, shallots, garlic, and Belacan together to make a paste.
3. Heat up some oil in a pan and fry the paste until it's fragrant. Then add salt and sugar to taste.
4. Fry the hard-boiled eggs until they're crispy and set aside.
5. Fry the anchovies and peanuts until they're crispy and set aside.
6. Open the can of sardines and place it onto a serving dish.
7. Once the rice is cooked, serve it onto a serving dish as well.
8. Lastly, serve the cucumber slices and fried ingredients onto separate dishes.

- Lalu, angkat bola-bola ketan dari panci dan tiriskan
- Taburi bola-bola ketan dengan kelapa parut yang sudah disangrai
- Siap untuk disajikan
