  1. Untuk membuat ayam goreng: Campurkan tepung gandum dengan tepung jagung, garam, dan lada hitam dalam sebuah bekas.
  2. Tambahkan sedikit air ke dalam campuran kering sehingga ia menjadi adunan yang pekat.
  3. Perapkan ayam ke dalam adunan tersebut, pastikan ayam dilapisi dengan rata adunan tersebut.
  4. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam sehingga ia menjadi kuning keemasan dan masak sepenuhnya. Letakkan ayam ke dalam bekas yang dilapisi dengan tisu dapur.
  5. Untuk membuat sos buttermilk: Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali.
  6. Tumiskan bawang holland dan bawang putih hingga wangi, kemudian masukkan daun sup.
  7. Tambahkan susu cair dan kacau sebati.
  8. Setelah itu, masukkan yogurt dan cheese cheddar. Kacau sebati sehingga ia menjadi sos yang pekat.
  9. Setelah itu, letakkan ayam goreng di dalam kuali dan kacau sebati dengan sos buttermilk. Pastikan ayam dilapisi dengan sos buttermilk sebati.
  10. Setelah itu, angkat dan siap untuk dihidangkan. Taburkan sedikit daun sup untuk hiasan.
