Instructions

To start, clean the Ikan Bawal and cut it into pieces. Make sure to remove any scales, gut, and head. Rinse the fish under running water and pat it dry with a paper towel. Once it's dry, sprinkle some salt on both sides of the fish and set it aside.

Next, heat up some oil in a pan and fry the fish until it's golden brown. Once done, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
